Brittany Nardone, PT, DPT
Founder
Dr. Nardone is a dedicated and highly skilled physical therapist with a profound commitment to serving diverse patient populations. She embarked on her journey in healthcare by earning her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Towson University, laying a robust foundation for her career. Fuelled by a relentless pursuit of excellence, she furthered her education, obtaining her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Kean University. Specializing in pediatric physical therapy, Dr. Steindl has amassed extensive experience in providing tailored care to children with a wide spectrum of special needs. Her expertise encompasses conditions ranging from Autism Spectrum Disorder and Spinal Muscular Atrophy to Cerebral Palsy and various genetic and chromosomal disorders. Dr. Steindl's compassionate and patient-centered approach has made her a trusted ally for families seeking comprehensive and effective therapy solutions for their children. Beyond her pediatric focus, Dr. Steindl is proficient in addressing orthopedic and neurological impairments and disorders. Her broad scope of practice includes post-stroke rehabilitation, multiple sclerosis management/rehabilitation, and treatment for common musculoskeletal issues like shoulder pain, low back pain, neck pain, and thoracic outlet syndrome. Nancy Saccoccio

Nancy is a dedicated pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) with 29 years of unwavering passion for enhancing the lives of children. Graduating with a Bachelor's Degree from Dominican College, Nancy embarked on a fulfilling journey focused on promoting optimal performance for students and clients across all developmental stages. Employing an integrative approach, Nancy collaborates seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to address the diverse therapeutic needs of students. Their energetic and creative nature drives them to craft unique strategies tailored to ignite interest and improve performance in their clients. With a flexible therapeutic style ranging from structured interventions to student-directed approaches, Nancy provides individual and group therapy services across various settings including schools, homes, and early intervention programs. Their expertise encompasses fine motor skills, functional handwriting, sensory regulation, self-help, executive functioning, and fostering family involvement for continuity of care. Having worked at esteemed institutions such as The Valley Program within The Northern Valley Regional School District, The Bleshman School, Bergen County Special Services, as well as holding positions in the public sector, Nancy brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every interaction. Even beyond their full-time roles, Nancy extends their dedication by providing early intervention services on weekends and home therapy after school hours, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the well-being and development of their clients.
Kaitlin Van Saders

Kaitlin graduated Dominican University in 2013 with her Masters in Science in Occupational Therapy with high honors. Kaitlin was the recipient of hand selected opportunities based on her academics and work ethic. Kaitlin began her occupational therapy career with adults working in rehabilitation and home modification for safe return to home. Kaitlin has extensive experience in assessing activities of daily living, cognitive training, education and adapted equipment. Kaitlin transitioned into pediatrics and worked within very different programs for Bergen County Special Services, working with students with multiple abilities and working alongside assistive technology professionals for the newest modifications to assist in the classroom. After taking some time off to care for her growing family, Kaitlin returned back to the Valley Program at Northern Valley Regional where she worked with Dr. Steindl to develop and implement best practice and evidence based research treatments to assist in enriching the lives of her students. Kaitlin’s passion for executive functioning strategies and techniques, coupled with her skills in cognitive training, make her an excellent therapist for working with adults, adolescents and children in the areas of organization, time management, and occupational roles to maximize living life to the fullest! Kaitlin’s patience, calm approach and warm nature make her an excellent therapist for children with “big emotions” in working towards their goals. In her spare time, Kaitlin enjoys playing pickleball with her sister, taking early morning Pilates classes and spending time with her three children and husband.
